What we do
We streamline the effort – from the gathering of information to the production of financial reports.

• Work with all involved to define the goals and scope of the project
• Review raw data, whether in electronic form, in a filing cabinet, or in shoe boxes (cartons even)
• Sort documentation to help fill in the missing pieces
• Organize the data into a usable format for your purposes, be it:
  • QuickBooks, Quicken or some other accounting package
  • Excel
  • Court Required formats
• Provide the required financial reports
  We understand that you are under a great deal of financial and emotional duress so we approach each project with one very important question: What is the minimum required to perform the Records Construction and provide the needed results? Certain cases will require a customized solution while others a quick and dirty.

Some clients can manage a portion of the project on their own such as organizing paperwork and ordering statements. Others may need our Search and Rescue service, where we literally go onsite and help them dig through the filing cabinets, drawers, trash cans, whatever.
